The process
How TradeFlash Lab works.

Submit your request
Access TradeFlash Lab through your Portal account. Provide the vehicle details, ECU information and a description of the problem. An initial consultation and assessment charge applies.

Send your ECU
Receive shipping instructions and send the affected ECU to TradeFlash Lab for assessment.
- 03
ECU received and assessed
Our team records receipt of your ECU and investigates the available recovery options.

Receive your quotation
Review a quotation for the proposed recovery work through your Portal account.
- 05
Approve or decline
Choose whether to proceed. No separately quoted recovery work begins without your approval.
- 06
Recovery and return
If approved, we carry out the agreed work and arrange the ECU's return. If declined, the ECU is returned without the proposed work.
An initial consultation and assessment charge applies. Full details are provided through your TradeFlash Portal account before submitting a request.
All recovery work is subject to technical feasibility. Outcomes depend on the condition of the ECU.
